Service can be slow sometimes. But all good. Clean and average buffet breakfast , and remarkable cocoa powder. Extra star ⭐... Excellent location.

This hotel 🏨 was cleaned and close to market and restaurants. Walkable through downtown miraflores . The staff is so helpful and friendly. I will definitely recommend this place with a reasonable price.

The hotel is pretty clean, but a bit noisy. It's hard to fall asleep at night bc the traffic, and hard to stay asleep in the morning bc construction work. That's what you get for being so close to the middle of the city, though. The location is great. The hotel also offers free breakfast buffet, and has a very nice restaurant. The staff is very friendly as well. If it was just a bit more quiet at night/early morning, I would have loved this place.

The rooms are very new and comfortable. I like that the breakfast is included. But there are many good restaurants within a short walking distance.

Other than the man opening the entrance door for us at the arrival, nothing was good at this hotel. The stafd wasn't friendly and the reception was very difficult to talk to. They were not friendly to gay members and seemed to harbor a lot of resistance when speaking to us. We genuinely felt that they were trying to give us the quickest answers and get rid of us. We didn't feel welcome at this hotel and do nit recommend to any other couple

I wish I could say much more about the hotel, but it's was just OK. Good location, check-in was OK, nothing special. Parking was a little more complicated then it needed to be. The room was organized/designed pretty badly. The cable box was hanging behind the TV - out of place, very awkward. I wish front desk had told me the night before that I would wake up at 7am to construction noises from renovations I guess they were doing. Didn't need my alarm, the renovation did the waking. Overall, i wouldn't not stay here again, I would say go elsewhere.

Newly renovated hotel, wifi signal is strong in all areas. Great breakfast selection, has an elevator and Is situated in a nice area of lima. Only con but not really a big deal. Hot water from the shower.
